This is something I should've posted first before I put any recipes, because I use this sauce in almost every dish I make!
It's called Yang-nyum-jang (양념장) in Korean.
Once you make it, you can use it in many different ways
So, before I start posting more of my simple cooking recipes, here is the magic soy sauce recipe!
Ingredients
Soy sauce (3/4 cup)
Crushed garlic 2TS
Chopped spring onions 2TS
Chilli powder 1TS
Sesame seeds 1TS
Sesame oil 3TS
Water
Prepare an empty jar or container with a tight fitting lid. (It is easier to make a whole lot and keep it in the fridge so it is ready whenever you need it.)
Finely chop the garlic and spring onions.
Add the soy sauce to the container.
Then, add the minced garlic, chopped spring oinons, chilli powder, sesame seeds and sesame oil to the container.
Mix all the ingredients together well.
Store it in the fridge upto 3-4 weeks.

Use it when you stirfry vegetables
Use it as a dip for dumplings
Use the sauce with wasabi for kimbop or sushi
