내 마음인데 왜 내 마음대로 안될까~에서

시작했던 명상,

마음을 비우면서 조금씩

내 안에서 답을 찾을 수 있다는 것이 좋아

꾸준하게 해올 수 있었던 것 같습니다.

이제 100세 시대라는데

나이가 들면서

계속해서 나를 성장시키고

새로운 것을 배우고 받아들이는데 필요한 용기를

마음을 비움으로서 얻게 됩니다.

건강과 마음을 챙기는데도

'할 수 있다'라는

그 자신감이 필요하더라고요.

너무나 빠르게 변화하는 세상에

나도 모르게 위축되고 막연한 두려움과

우울감에 빠질 수 있는데

빼기 명상으로 훌훌~ 털어버리고

앞에 주어진 조건에 감사하며

순간을 즐길 수 있는 것이 너무 다행입니다.

블로그 시작도

사실 같이 명상하는 지인들과

이 시때에 세상에 발맞추어 살아가는데

우리도 이거 한번 해봐야 하는 거 아냐 하면서

하게 되었습니다.

포기하지 않고

꾸준히 글을 쓸 수 있었던 것도

마음을 계속 수련, 단련? 한 덕분이었습니다.

그래서 오늘 페북에서 마주친

호랑이 옛 시절의

저 젊은 처자 ㅋㅋㅋ

영국에 있던 그 시절

런던 명상센터에서 수련을 참 자~알 시작했다고

제가 칭찬해 주고 싶습니다~

A short and sweet walking track with a grand ocean view. Remember to check it's open before you go, as it can be closed due to the rifle range at times.

길지않고 쌈빡하게 바다뷰를 즐길 수 있으나
사격훈련으로 closed되는 경우가 있어 가기전에 확인필요.

My respect to all the war veterans

캔버라에 있는 호주 전쟁기념관
참 잘 해놓았고 참전용사의 희생이 결코 헛되지 않고
그분들의 헌신과 용기에 경의와 존경을 담아
또 후대에 알려주기 위해 만든 이곳
그리고 매일 희생된 참전용사 한분씩 추모식을 하는
The Last Post Ceremony
참 호주라는 나라가 참 대단하구나 느꼈답니다.
